Re: In flight pictures
Well, I don’t have much to offer up except for this lone pic of my first nitro RC car- a Kyosho Stinger MKII. Pic circa 89 or 90 I think. My friend was driving it so I could take some sweet pics

Re: Cliff Lett RC10 Replica / '90 ROAR Nats
I realized tonight that I did actually move this build along since the last chassis pics. Turnbuckles and ball cups are on. I also had a pair of AE universals chrome plated and installed. Oh, and the nose tubes.

Re: In flight pictures
Got a few of mine getting some air. Since I'm mainly a Monster Truck guy gettin air is the thing I enjoy the most. First three pics are of my custom built 1/5 scale tube chassis truck I finished last year. At 51lbs when it lands from 6ft of air it makes quite a "thump" on the ground  ...

Nostalgia Made Me Do It - Nitro Hawk
Picked up my 3rd Nitro Nawk. I had no choice. Nostalgia got the best of me! The Nitro Chicken was my first nitro, and first stadium truck as a teenager. Mine was an early gen-1 with Image engine and aluminum recoil housing. Man I loved that truck! Faster than the Hornet, Raider, and RC10 I had befor...

Re: In flight pictures
Oh that thing is airborne, it's hard to tell. That's me in novice racing truck class trying to steer it in mid-air.

Duke Concepts YZ10
Picked up this very nice duke concepts yz10. Just needs cleaning and I need to make a new right side steering arm as this one was broke and glued. Trying to decide on pink or white wheels as well.

Re: Nostalgia Made Me Do It - N Hawk
Tuning it would make me nuts every time I used it. Pretty certain it wasn’t the engine, just my lack of knowledge back then. might've been part you but mostly it was the carb on the thing. They were junk from the get go. needles might as well been square fitting into a round hole for being able to ...

Re: Academy Wyvern, 23 Mar 2013, suspension update
I revised the suspension again: arms are finally upside down as i wanted from the get go. And , also finally, got rid of the black bakeliet chassis. An old trx1 chassis took its place. The saddle pack is gone and replaced by a shorty. It looks like I can fit the original shell and undertray after tr...

Re: What your workstation looks like?
Got some "desk mods" on the work station. I was tired of having to go to the shed every time I needed a vise. I looked at several of the smaller "clamp on" types but they all looked like garbage (the reviews confirmed it). So I went with a Irwin drill press vise and some JLC Prod...
