Yesterday evening and today, FXT work. Painted the body, put decals on, and dyed the wheels black. I still intend to paint the wheels gunmetal to match the originals, but both me and the LHS are out at the moment. Finally got to see a live run. The video doesn't do justice to how cool it is. First, it's damn loud! Lots of smoke and takes off like a bullet. Very smooth, and like most good things in my life a lot of fun in under 4 seconds.

Turning out to be a real slow cooked dish. Nice to not rush through the build and enjoy the adventure - after all there is no hurry with this one.

Have you tried these? They are the MIP parts that fit the CVDs for RC10 through RC10B4 and T through T4.
