Re: 3D printer for parts
On my latest gold pan build, I am putting a stealth trans into an "A" pan, so I thought I would just google a quick adapter as surely someone out there has made such a thing seeing as RC10 3D files are numerous, but for some reason, this does not seem to exist. :? Oh well, not a complex pi...

Re: New Jconcepts RC10 Body
Simple painted body without the stickers and such so you can get a better perspective of the body.

Robb's Generic AE Decal Sheets
I got to playing around with making my own generic decal sheets today, and printed off my first on an inkjet printer with some Amazon clear vinyl decal sheets ............ and that is just a fail. But the overall decal sheet should be good to go get printed at an actual print shop for decent ...

Re: Robb's Generic AE Decal Sheets
I added a couple more generic RC10 B1 style sheets to the folder, plus a random B4 sheet that I needed for a build. I am slowly getting better with PS so hopefully these sheets will continue to improve. I dropped off some files at a print shop this afternoon, so hopefully in a couple of days I can s...

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
After months of looking, and probably a half dozen failed deals, I finally got a version of my first HG car! In better than expected condition no less.

Re: Scratch Built RC10 Sprint Car Conversion
Got back on track and have the tub to where I think I want it. I tossed the redesign to BL, and just cut a big ol' hole in the side and will run a brushed open end ball motor. It is close and sketchy, but I will work out the details later. It also makes part of the tub super thin and weakens the who...

Re: Scratch Built RC10 Sprint Car Conversion
Not much progress lately as I am neck deep in real work, but a little got done recently. I started bending some cage tubing, but got distracted by trying to clean up the inside of the tub some. I told myself as soon as I started thinking about this build that I did not want the typical screw on head...

LaTrax Brilliant LTX-40 'Vette. Kind of a hobby grade / toy grade hybrid. My favorite part of this car is that when they built it, they didn't put a vintage C3 body on it, they just put a modern Corvette body on it.

Re: The cheapest tub pan on eBay
That is the stuff. I didn't see a price on the HD page, but it is $2 at WM: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Greased-Lightning-Super-Strength-Multi-Purpose-Cleaner-and-Degreaser-32-Fluid-Ounce/15724133 My local Lowes has it in gallons @ $10, so it is actually cheaper in the bottles at WM, and when done, y...

Re: Currently Playing
Stumbled upon this one a little while ago. I feel like this was the only real good song to come out in the '94/'95 timeframe.

Re: Currently Playing
Been a long week, not sure why this popped in my head while making a pizza earlier... So great that someone is still reminding the world of the Dead Milkmen in 2021!! I was a bigger fan of Big Lizard in My Backyard than Beelzabubba, but all they did in that era was just good ol' fun rock / punk!! :...
