Chassis buildup started pretty uneventfully. The clear parts don't inspire the same sense of strength that the OG nylon did, so I decided I'd tap that, and that, and that, etc during the build (actual tapping 🤣) to avoid overstressing parts. Infants sometimes accidentally scratch themselves with their fingernails. A pair of baby socks over the hands takes care of that pretty well.

Unscented baby wipes and A&D gel do a good job preventing and recovering from diaper rash.

That's normal and ok. The nylon in the rear arm mount is very thin where the hinge pin hole and the dogbone clearance cove meet.
