Summer 1993. A Works91 in little used condition was for sale at the local hobby store where me and my best friend came regularly for a visit after school. Normally they sold Tamiya stuff only. From first view this Works impressed me like a spaceship. But unfortunatelly not my parents. Thinks got eve...

Re: So, what did you do RC today?
Well, not just today but over the past several days.
I've taken a big step toward resolving my runner RC storage dilemma.
Most of them are now hanging from the walls in the garage.
It's nice to finally reclaim some closet and attic space.

Re: Novak Ballistic 13.5T parts build
The hall effect sensor bearing is glued in place, it can be removed because I've done it on one mine. I don't suggest it though as long as it spins smoothly. One of my Ballistic motors needs the timing assembly replaced, I think that's the problem anyways. Side note: don't try to test a motor like a...

Masami's CAT
I assumed Masami's CAT would be the holiest of holies within Schumacher. On the contrary, the current crew seems to know very little about it. I guess that is racing: if it isn't winning races now, it is just an old car. The video is still good to watch, as it gives a closeup view of the actual cham...

Re: So, what did you do RC today?
Was yesterday, but I went racing and ran the RC10 "Silverpan" the Genova and my normal B6.4. Genova ran really well but only did 1 heat with it and switched to my RC10 to match my competition. Day started out rainy so the Turf track was pretty slick a very challenging day, hunting for trac...

Re: Masami's CAT
So Dan Rowland also did the resto on the masami xls for Schumacher, he was also the main push behind the xls rere.Frankentruck wrote: ↑Mon Jun 10, 2024 10:46 am That XLS looks to be pretty well cared for. When the restoration of the 1987 Championship JJ Ultima was done I was surprised that it was in need of restoration.
