I agree, that looks fantastic! It looks like you are using sintered nylon (polyamide)? By chance, have you performed any durability testing on your gears? I was thinking about designing a printed diff gear for my 934 project (52t and either 48dp or mod 0.6, brushed motor, 2s power) and I was wonder...

The Big Bear / Super Wheelie 3 part chassis for dimensional test... Next will be in the Super Wheelie and Big Bear thread (later this afternoon, I won't have any time this morning)...

Two swiss white shepards and a sheltie at home, and a wife which is pretty strict about the way we feed the dogs... Every 6 weeks, it's half a day of preparation for their food in whole prey model... Lot of Marui stuff those times... Last time printed the three parts of the chassis to test it. I had to check 2 dimensions : one requiring the 3 parts (body mounts positions), second one being the rear rigid axle position... I printed all on the same plate, not in an optimal position, and without us...

An since I spoke about the dogs here without any pics of them (picture is two years old, but having a picture where the 3 dogs are is quite rare )...

I remember having an argument on lettering the tires or not, and lettering the tires with a very simple font instead of trying to reproduce the original Marui font...

I could not resist... The weather is not good, but trying to run on asphalt is not requiring too much of cleaning afterwards... For memory, I printed 7 Samurai tires in total : 4 fronts and 3 rears. Looks great , really interested in how they grip and wear , do they feel like rubber or more like soft plastic ? They really feel like rubber... I was not expecting a result that good, actually... The 30 seconds run on a asphalt were definitely not enough to do a single trace of wear... And it grip...
