Got the front tires trued and made up body mounts , I've not cut this shell only made a single rear body mount hole , it nearly broke me looking at the way the front body mount holes are unevenly drilled , I had to make up wonky mounts to match :( , on closer inspection the body is marked as a PB bo...

To print the tire support rings without support is pretty easy , just put a chamfer on the lower side as in the picture , as its 45 degrees its less than the 50 degrees overhang that most printers can cope with without support , holds the tire just as well . I use smartphone app (Photo Protractor) to measure angles; it uses the phone's camera and then you can draw on the picture and measure angles. It's very precise. Of course, as @silvertriple said, I always tend to find simple numbers.
