Oh yeah, thanks for that. I guess it's meant to provide resistance (limited slip?) but it appears the amount of resistance would vary as the pinion rotates and spreads the plates. I've not used that resin but have used Siraya Tech Tenacious , it's flexibility is similar , for the shelf it would be excellent and light running on loose surfaces (dirt) it would work but it has none of the natural grippiness of rubber so on road it would not perform well , I've also noticed that ...

I've been watching for a reasonably priced carcass for a Hornet project. What I ended up with is a nicely upgraded former shelfer. In the Toy Story scheme of things, I'm a bit more of a Sid than an Andy, so this will meet the need nicely. It's shelfer days are done. 😁 . PXL_20220527_130708540~2.jpg
