Very excited, I got the last motor that I 'needed' for my Reedy collection (that BK Select is never going to show up)

Thanks to a whole bunch of great friends I have been able to recreate my first rc. My Hornet had proline front tires, AJ's foam rears, a radio from my uncle that came with waterproof servos (that were waaaay too large for the chassis), and for some reason black tie rod ends on the steering. The body...

Here she is again: the dog that started this topic, our Dolly. She’s turning 17 in another 2 weeks.

That Pro Mod car looks very cool with its exposed ring and pinion gear!

This afternoon, I'm just playing in the dirt.
I raced an RC10 with this Renegade body and wing about 35 years ago; further proof that I never throw anything away.

Original body pictures. According to Akira, Kent Claussen (12th scale racing legend) was the TRINITY logo design creator. Claussen was also the owner of the LAVco company. Akira's friendship with Kent led to the use of the classic vintage stickers enjoyed on the reissue model today.

I popped open a T-4 for this buggy. There was enough soil in that thing to start a garden!

It was re wired during the resto by tekin to match what Joel ran so may not have gone back together very well with the larger wire.

Yeah the brakes worked great until we started going over 100mph, now they don't even feel like they work but they do, lol...brake fade is bad
