If I could make a suggestion there is one paint job you rarely see done yet would be somewhat period correct…. This paint job spells America with a capital M for sure !

Success! The adapters worked out pretty well. I do need to source properly sized rear springs though. The included "stiff" springs aren't enough to keep the back of the car level. I put some placeholders on the rear but the diameter is wrong. Definitely got rid of the pogostick effect. IMG...

This build makes me think of one of the old visible human models. The clear arms and white chassis look like the bones in those kits. The White Stripes ended up on my radar this evening. It is a shame the two of them made a weird thing of their relationship and the band, but back in the day, the two of them together could make music more full than a four-piece. This is just two people and two instruments.
