Re: My trucks
I contacted TBG regarding the Junior T body. It turns out they had stopped making it due to supply shortage for the specific Lexan needed. However they managed to make me a body using a different material. Big thanks to Trish and Jon! 8) MCI provided the decals. I tried the function where you can ch...

XX - My runner.
The last byggy I raced was a XX CR back in -97. I still have it, but I can´t get myself to drive it. So when a XX showed up on a local auction site I waited patiently until the last 15 seonds and placed my bid. Won it at $90! The Tekin charger was from the same seller and I got it for $10. :D 202305...

Hey you two…. NEXT…..  E0C7EE35-2245-4A58-92CF-B16A75511395.jpeg That should be easy enough making an outer slipper plate that resembles a hydra drive, I have faith in Rogue over there :) Biggest issue actually might be the spur gear cover won't fit anymore, it should be easy enough to ...

Replaced the used front axles, spindles, uprights and king pins with new parts. Also upgraded all the ball studs with Losi A-9945 & A-9947 titanium ones. https://i.postimg.cc/nLB6vfJ8/46558212-D3-C2-498-B-A4-C3-7011-F744-D961.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/QtDvmY8F/B2-D582-D6-94-DF-4874-81-F1-AC87-B05...

Re: The ultimate Mini JRX2 thread
Mini SE is coming along well, it only has one steering post though the screw stripped trying to take one off one of the donors. I am in the process of printing rear hubs at the moment. Those front arms are a pain heh. I plan to print a grey retro case for it to match the lxt. I am also considering f...

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
Another Hirobo Bearcat SS arrived today... https://i.imgur.com/hVQHOBB.jpg This time it is with a box (the reason why I did not think much and clicked buy as it was at an affordable price). The bumper is broken, but inside the box there is a nice metal one home made (I'll have to post some pics late...

Re: The ultimate Mini JRX2 thread
The rear shocks on the se are the xl shocks and not the long shocks. The same as the pro and lxt rear shocks, only the juniors and the x2 and xT have the standard long shocks on the back. I did up a quick modeling of the long and xlong shock bodies in Tinkercad as well as a model of the long mini sh...

Just pulled this puppy out of a Box!
Going to be the last one. I promise
Car came from it’s original owner, is untouched and on it’s first set of tires.

Re: What factors led to the Ultima's win at the '87 Worlds?
Very cool thread! Was mostly into dirt oval and on-road oval/can-am...but did find this regarding 1987: Per Gene Husting: http://www.dirt-burners.com/rcdox/Race%20Reports%20etc/1987%20IFMAR%20World%20Championships%2C%20Romsey%2C%20England%20%28RCMC%2C%20nov%2087%2C%20US%29.pdf RCMC: https://www.over...

Re: The ultimate Mini JRX2 thread
Damn you A-Main... I now own 1/2500 of them... one of them is being turned into a jrx pro... was worth it when tires are $25 a pair and backordered, chassis is $28 and backordered, shocks are $20 a pair, driveline is $24, building a transmission is on the far side of $60, and all the hardware... now...

Appreciate my time here
I kind'a hate to say it, but I prob won't be around as much as I have been over the past couple years since I joined this site. I've recently decided to get out of the hobby. I've done it a few times over the past 40 yrs lol but this time, I'm out for the most part. I say "most part" becau...
