Re: Tamiya Midnight Pumpkin - Black Edition
Completed.

Going to focus on getting all of these Tamiya models finished. Really like how this one turned out.

Re: So, what did you do RC today?
It was raining most of the day and the wife is away on a trip so out came the r/c’s. I have been putting this off for a long time, I’m a perfectionist but lack the skills necessary to be one lol I dislike cutting bodies and applying stickers almost as much as I do shaving…but I hunkered down, choppe...

Re: So, what did you do RC today?
I have sat down the past two evenings trying to finish up my Slash puller so that I may be able to compete with it next weekend. When I went ordering parts, I really didn't think there was much of a difference between the Slash and the Drag Slash, so just ordered Slash parts. Last night, I learned t...

Re: So, what did you do RC today?
My Hornet bodied Ishipla Monster has been a little too naked, so it was sticker time.

Re: New Yokomo 870c 89 wcs project
Bunch more done today. Added turbuckles, switched out center wire link on steering for a turnbuckle and a couple other minor details. Now onto the shocks.

Re: Personal lap timer stand
And viola ! Looks almost like the factory one. Not perfect but definitely looks better than the brick, although, the brick is still probably more stable and robust, lol. I know the newer personal lap timers are better with an app for your phone and whatnot but I like my semi-nostalgic set up. 202407...

Re: Picture of the day. (Taken by you)
I'd like to compare that back to back with a normal Challenger just to see how different it drives. It does look like oil changes would be easier, so there's always that.

Re: Picture of the day. (Taken by you)
Whilst part of the world celebrates the ancient Chinese tradition of fireworks ( :P ), here in Downunderville we're having what was supposed to be a *record mild winter*, you know, due to Global Boiling and all that. So, here's a picture of Señor Pooch, taking in a zero degree morning earlier this w...

Re: What's for dinner?
Smoker is rolling. Did some burgers and weenies on my Dad's Traeger. I'm a Weber charcoal guy that's been tolerating a gas grill for a few years now. So the Traeger was a nice departure, even if (IMO) they are a bit overrated. Anyway, with your Bret Michaels meme in mind, I had to tell everybody th...

Re: What's for dinner?
Perfect for this colder-than-usual Winter, my better half did some of her Sausage and Baked Bean Curry.... perfectly spicy, and a great way to end the week!
