Re: Team Associated RC10 2025 Metallic
It does look really nice, that gold reminds me of the prototype car.

Kyosho Inferno MP7.5
In 2000 Kyosho would completely redesign it's 1/8 4wd Nitro powered off-road racing buggy to create the Inferno MP-7.5. Now in its seventh generation the moniker of the latest Inferno celebrated the five IFMAR World Championships the Inferno had won, thus Model Project #7 and 5 wins resulted in the ...

Re: Kyosho Inferno MP7.5
I got out of the hobby just about that time the MP 7.5 came out, I was so close to buying the Inferno MP 777, the special limited edition, back then. I haven't seen you post the Kyosho Racing Kart 10 yet, that's one I always wanted too. Cool car, the 777... one of the few times I'd choose a buggy o...

Re: QIDI Plus4 - 3D Printer
Thanks for the model. :D I ran into similar orientation problems with the F-100 and ended up separating it into panels (doors, roof, back, cowl, fenders, etc.) and making custom supports for each part. It's a lot of work but it was the only way I've found to make acceptable prints and reduce filling...

Re: Factory Works Ten4.1 project
soon ;-) the best available right now is the Team car, as it has the correct transmission. If they do further models, like a worlds car, that will also be good. I like the sound of ( soon ;-) !!! I just happened to have picked one of these up👍 Screenshot_20250415_110205_Chrome.jpg This is going to ...

Re: QIDI Plus4 - 3D Printer
So am I. :D Anyway, yes, the F-100's engine block houses a Tamiya brushed 380 motor, the C6 transmission houses a metal planetary gear set pulled from a stepper motor I found on ebay. So, I just watched a how-to video and Orca's cut feature definitely will work to remove the top allowing you to prin...

Re: QIDI Plus4 - 3D Printer
Thanks for the images. Now that I can zoom in, navigate and inspect it closely, it's a really nice model!! And, I can modify it to make whatever we want. That pickup version caught my eye and I can imagine printing a fleet of VW bus variations however we first discussed creating a barn door so that'...

Re: QIDI Plus4 - 3D Printer
Nice work! Much thanks, I'll print it now! I started out with the Cut line set like this, to remove the roof, took 2 seconds to set it and forget it, pressed Perform Cut: https://i.imgur.com/LqHE3ci.jpg What just happened??? https://i.imgur.com/QCP7014.jpg It cut the band that joins the roof to the...
