Which support type do you use, for the best results? I generally use Tree supports... But tree supports can be hard sometimes : everything needs to be in perfect state for it work : filament extrusion properly calibrated, bed perfectly clean, and filament perfectly dry (sometimes, even with a new r...

Re: Toys in the Attic
Thanks! I’m looking up wheels now.
The motor seems fine. I’ll try to fire it up and run it for a bit.

Re: I bought my first rc10 B stamp
The rear arms that are on your car were replaced at one point later in it’s life. They are the original white version of the worlds black arms. In my opinion the sum of its parts indicates that it was an earlier A stamp car.

Re: QIDI Plus4 - 3D Printer
Nothing I could find, would load those Knight Customs Prusa G-codes that were provided. Personnally, I would not load a G-Code made by someone else into my machine, and this even if it was designed for my machine. There is some aspects you can't anticipate, because they are filament dependent and e...

Re: QIDI Plus4 - 3D Printer
I run Bambu machines and run Orcaslicer. Even though they are brothers, I much prefer orcaslicer. Just throwing it out there, you might want to try it as well and see what you think. Even though they are related they are still different and my results with default orca was better than with bambu

Re: RC10 DS Classic - Build
That's quite a lot of power to put through generic T plugs, keep an eye on them. I'd trust legit deans but I've seen too many of those knockoffs melt. They really gave Dean's a bad name when they are just an inferior made rip off. The T-plugs from Amazon say they're rated at 120A, approximately. ht...

Re: QIDI Plus4 - 3D Printer
Ah ok, so your not using actual Orca Slicer, it's just a close relative of Orca. You may still want to try just plain old Orca and see what you think of it. I tried several on my Bambu and ended up on Orca, it's just all about what you like the feel of and have good results with. Orca on my creality...

Re: QIDI Plus4 - 3D Printer
