This is pretty strange. If you look at this manual (same kit #) it is slightly different. I believe some of the kits varied from country to country. This must be one of those variations. Yokomo axles are unique with the set screw flats and no other way to attach hubs. A common thing is to switch to kyosho axles and a hex conversion.
