Re: DragonPunchRc Compositecraft RPM 91 Worlds-Ronbo

That'll be an awesome build. I've built a few myself, and like them so much, I ended up building the Truck version as well. Great quality, and run nice on track too.

Re: Frankentruck's RC10 Graphite Coffin Buggy Clean-up

I decided the steering servo should be top plate mounted, similar to a Kyosho Ultima and Optima. In the process of working on the top plate design, a 2nd reasonably priced coffin buggy came up. It has had servo mount holes drilled in its chassis, but it will get the steering servo relocated to a top...

Re: The BMX (and other bikes) thread

So back on page 1, I mentioned that I had no pics of my bikes. While I did eventually find 1 or 2, none were of my Haro FSX. I couldn't remember any ever being taken. A year or so ago my sister found some. I got it for my birthday in 88 or 89, so I was 11 or 12.

Re: So, what did you do RC today?

Currently Racing IMG_20250119_003111728_HDR.jpg IMG_20250119_145141639.jpg Racing concluded. Track is a bit tricky with low power, jumps were a bit too long for even my 17.5 buggy had to go wide for the run up of one of them. Silvercan we just had to single them. JRX ProSE did a lot better this time...

Vee Sport

I had this out the other day to take a picture of the thrust bearing for the rc10 talk fb page. Figured I’d share with the web site. I bought this new in box probably 6 or 7 years ago. I had 2 or 3 MRP boat kits growing up, but never the little vee sport. I suppose it’s sat for so long because one, ...

Re: RC10 Green Edition - Build

Started toying with the idea of the boxart body on the GE. They used the Jammin' Jay Halsey '85 IFMAR front wheels on the GE (Pro-Line 100F Chrome). https://img2.associatedelectrics.com/pictures/news/articles/2886/RC10-Green-BoxTop_lg.jpg Just now noticed the GE boxart didn't use the orange shocks e...

Re: Ronbo's Masami/Cliff Lett Worlds Works 91

Finished up the roller. Just need to decide/collect the electronics side of things and waiting on painted body and order from rubrix.com. Once the weather is more consistently warmer here in the PNW, I will start painting all the bodies I need painted for these projects. I found it a pleasant build,...

Re: So, what did you do RC today?

Dusted these guys off, Parma Ski Tiger with a modern hardware set up, and my old H&M No Step 2 P mono race boat. Trying to encourage myself to do a little boating in the near future.
