Sonic has something.
But I like the classic, Heinz ketchup.
My brother is weird. He mixes ketchup and mayo.

Re: Picture of the day. (Taken by you)
Just bought it two weeks ago Resized_20250302_180804.jpeg  That looks very familiar. I have repaired worse. Not because I am good but because I had a LOT of practice. The cool thing about foamies is that all you need is glue and occasionally part of the original foam packaging to repair just a...

Re: Jrx Pro of my youth
Man! Your on a roll!! It's a special time of year before all hell breaks loose with kids' activities! That’s a nice looking chassis! No servo saver cutout, Jrx2 steering and the mini bumper..Looks like a Proformance upgrade with some more upgrades. I agree - someone threw a Proformananana...

Re: My take on the Dec 1987 RCCA Project Optima truck
The Tecnacraft wheels have proved next to impossible to find. Marwan make reproductions of the square-block tires but I've not had much luck with the Tecnaraft wheels or any others that look like original Cragar wheels. In keeping with an 80's truck look, following is the best that I've come up with...

Re: RC10 B1 Mid Motor Laydown Buggy
Making some progress on this build. Definitely not a beauty queen. 😁 But it is going to be a strong runner. Decided to go with a 10T nose plate and a spare 3Dprinted front arm mount leftover from my Detroit buggy build. RPM arms and a trimmed shock towers (top was split) are added. An old set of alu...

Re: Back In My Day ..................
I have to vote for hair spray. It just seems like such an appropriate use of beauty products. I have a 4 barrel, magneto ignition potato gun that's been sitting unfinished for 26 years or so. Really, that coincides with when I no longer had access to a suitable firing range. Back in the day, I purch...

Re: My take on the Dec 1987 RCCA Project Optima truck
Thanks guys.
I numbered the Optima "91" as a salute to my 1991 MJ.
It's funny to think about it now, but at the time these trucks were built they were considered to be a "mid-sized" truck.

Re: The RC10 4wd (or how AE stole the Ten4 project)
I would consider an RC10 4WD painted like this to be FW box art:Frankentruck wrote: ↑Tue Mar 04, 2025 4:53 pm Is there anything that would be considered a Factory Works box art paint job?

Re: My take on the Dec 1987 RCCA Project Optima truck
Man I remember this issue of RC Car Action! I loved this truck! So cool you've recreated it! Looks great! :D I remember having this very copy of RCCA and taking it to school in the 8th grade. A kid I had in class made fun of me for playing with radio control cars. I can still see him - he had a mul...

All of these duct tape and band-aid issues would almost have you believe that owning an RC10 is an exercise in masochism...
