Kyosho Outlaw Rampage Pro Team converted to electric. Definitely hopeless as these SST transmissions are ridiculously bad. If I can’t get the trans at least decently smooth I can’t bring myself to buy a repro body.

If you are feeling adventurous you could do what we do for pilot bearings on a transmission, pack the center hole of the bearing full of grease and insert a 5mm shaft, the grease will hydraulically force the bearing out. Opened and cleaned the servo, it was perfectly clean inside, stock grease was redistributed. Those are the weirdest screws I have ever seen. 1/2 turn to full out.
