Tamiya Blackfoot
In 1986 Tamyia unleashed one of the most popular models the company would ever create, a 1/10 2wd electric Monster Truck known as, the Blackfoot. Such a huge hit the Blackfoot was credited with starting what would become the 1/10 Stadium Truck racing class, all based on the humble beginnings of the ...

Tamiya Tamtech Porsche 962C
In 1986 Tamiya pointed a shrink ray at the radio-controlled car world when they debuted their 1/24 2wd electric on-road Tamtech Porsche 962C. Re: Blind bearing removal
Maybe put a tiny L bend in a real tiny flat head screwdriver?? Hard to tell if there is any chance it could fit in there to pry it out without damaging anything.

Re: Blind bearing removal
I would insert the shaft that goes in it, or one of similar diameter, and rock the shaft left/right forward/back to try and walk the small bearing out. I don't know how brittle the gear case is so don't get too extreme with the side to side shaft rocking. For the larger bearing, I would flip the cas...

Re: Blind bearing removal
I do what frankentruck recommend, just a little wiggle and they will usually pop right out. If you are feeling adventurous you could do what we do for pilot bearings on a transmission, pack the center hole of the bearing full of grease and insert a 5mm shaft, the grease will hydraulically force the ...

Tell me again about how we cant afford to produce RC parts in the USA anymore...
We cant always find lightbulbs from a USA manufacturer, or even vitamin C lol, but we CAN buy RC parts from the few USA manufacturers left often for the same or less than the china stuff. Not always, but often. How many people look to see where their pinion gear comes from? Buy that RPM gear cover, ...

how many people look to see where their pinion gear comes from. I do. Had a similar conversation just tonight on cost vs. value... what are you getting for your dollar, not just in terms of price, but with regards to all the other qualities that surround a purchase. People are so focused on saving ...

Re: Kyosho Pro-X & Pro-XRT
Hi guys, Just stumbled across this thread about the ProX, I have a runner that I picked up last year to do some vintage racing with, I've had to modify/change a good few bits on it to make it either strong enough to use brushless motors or to make it more user friendly. Decent car now tbh. I'll try ...

Re: Shower door issue
Halgar hit the nail on the head with the weep holes in the door channel... but those large openings in the shower base are drains for releasing water from behind the shower wall panel, not for door drainage. Nabbed a few pics off the web so you can see the kinds of holes in the frame you should be l...
