Re: What did I destroy this time?
it's p/n 6255. There are a few on ebay but definitely not cheap. If you don't mind aftermarket, you might find a better deal. like these: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Aluminum-Steering-Cranks-For-Team-Associated-RC10-6255-Dhawk-Racing-DR-920038B/201533862346?hash=item2eec5ab1ca:g:QvcAAOSwnHZYb6GY You'll...

Re: What did I destroy this time?
I hear ya. Parts for these cars are becoming rather scarce and expensive.
Anyway, I've ran into a similar problem recently.
I needed a set of bellcranks for a very basic runner car I'm building and the only set on hand was broken - just like yours.
So I re-made the part from aluminum.

Re: Can you I.D. these?
No expert here....others will be able to add more....but...I think that's an OG Revtech modified motor 1987-89ish maybe. The blue caps and painted can are a dead give away. I'd say you might actually have a 12 turn Sizzler there! The number of winds is burned into the endbell of the second photo of ...

Re: Can you I.D. these?
Got a couple nice projects there 8) the red wheeled rc10 looks like maybe someone started a truck conversion. Looks like front tower may be a JG truck conversion tower. Shocks look like kyosho golds but could be duratrax golds. The duratrax will have a bevel on the bottom of the shock body and usual...

Re: Can you I.D. these?
Yep shocks on the truck are definitely kyosho golds,
The rear shocks on the buggy look to be kyosho platinums with different ball joints/ spring cups on the bottom

Re: Can you I.D. these?
The trailing arm chassis is Houge, the arms and the chassis. The slotted chassis most likely Composite craft.

Re: Can you I.D. these?
The silver shocks look to be the kyosho platinums as mentioned above. But yeah, the gold shocks look like they got the bevel/chamfer on the bottom of the shock body. That would make them duratrax. The bottom of a kyosho shock body will be sharp where the duratrax shock will have a slight bevel. The ...

Re: Can you I.D. these?
cool, makes me feel less crazy looking at your pictures now  . I wonder if the depth is different in the two shocks for the seals since Duratrax seal compartment only uses one rubber o-ring and Kyosho uses 2 o-rings. I didn't think of checking until after I put it all back together. This third ...

Re: Can you I.D. these?
Yes I would clean everything up and assemble as two buggies with period correct gear. Any transmission today is going to be pricey but you could find 6 gears especially in pieces reasonably . I also second the a&l belt trans as a great addition. Part of the game is patiently waiting for the part...
