I got a little pee pee Mainly cause I wanted the documentation to see what they were. As suspected, they are a capacitor.

Been at this one for a while now and finally about to wrap it up. All parts are scaled 1/2 from the 12e making it a 1/24 car. Fits slot bodies but I'm struggling to find a nice early 80s stock car for it. I made a few concessions along the way but very minimal. For example the kingpins are press fit...

For scale, this is a 1/12 T160 body And here is the resistor next to a stealth trans case

The .4 is still the most versatile for my usage. I ordered a .6 but I don't print many large items. It would have been nice for the poop buckets haha. Here is a pic I took comparing the .2 and .4 when printing the tiny resistor

our steering kits will be into late january at the earliest. I would look at adapting one from the rere optima mid, they are tough and could likely be adapted without too much trouble

Epic is Ernie Provetti International Corp or something similar, basically Trinity. It is a later design than the car by quite a bit, looks like a Slot Machine II. Not era correct for it.

No, both are too new but the lemans 05 would be my pick of those two. For that time it was a plain Jane 540 that came with it, and an upgrade could have been one of very many.

Not sure if this helps. Very hard to photograph and get that line. Mine is the World Engines version (Academy)
