TAG Pro10 mag review car with options
Another lucky find..... This is the actual TAG Pro10 RCMC review car (Sept '88), complete with optional central roller clutch and alloy motor mount (neither of which i have seen before) supplied by Phil Greeno. I was offered this as a loft find by the guy who wrote the mag review so snapped it up. I...

Re: TAG Pro10 mag review car with options
They aren't mentioned on the official tuning parts list i have (sorry for the crap picture quality).
I have gathered a few parts on this list though.
Does anybody have an idea what the '003 096 Attack Angle Kit' is for??

Re: TAG Pro10 mag review car with options
Those light weight diff parts are cool but there's something reassuring about the heavy black hardened steel parts . Yes i agree with that entirely.... that optional part will be staying in the packet! I will be fitting the arb though, and this attack angle kit - once i know what it does and where ...

Re: TAG Pro10 mag review car with options
I can only guess that this is one of the earlier examples, which would be supported by the fact that it was used as a mag review car. The silver angled metal parts on the hubs (I have also seen golds available) might also hint at this perhaps? I have gold equivalents that i might swap out at some po...

Re: TAG/SG Coyote/Pro10 undertray
So i checked the undertray with my Coyote bodyshell.... it remains a bit of a mystery really. It does fit inside the Coyote shell (width) but is longer at the rear. I think it may be designed for both the Coyote and the Pro10 and you just have to trim the rear end accordingly. It is certainly listed...

Re: TAG Pro10 mag review car with options
Bit of work on the Pro10. First off I switched the standard shocks to Option House - my go to choice bitd and also what the TAG team drivers ran. I also fitted the optional front ARB kit at the same time, as well as relocating the front shock tower ahead of the front bulkhead and thus moved the uppe...

Re: TAG Pro10 mag review car with options
Yeah i was a bit like that as soon as he mentioned it.... 'duuur why didn't i think of that?!' Gisom rims are identical in diameter to the standard red wheels, but the outer lip is thinner (I assume as they don't require the strength) so they are very slightly narrower. The dish is a little deeper o...

Re: Scr8p's Worlds Rere #8 - Jconcepts Goodies - 2023 Spring INS race l
So last weekend I went to the Jconcepts INS race at Adrenaline R/C Raceway in Winchester, VA. I raced this in the 17.5 Independent class. The car worked pretty well. I tried some different setups.... mainly tire and spring changes, but by the time the mains came around on Sunday I was back to where ...

Re: 4wd SRB Trailing arm buggy
Well, after much consternation, I got this car running. The Tf2 universals worked out, and didn't require any trimming of the replacement diff shafts. I bought some Frog wheel adapters and used them to mount the tires on the rims as mounted. Only one problem, the axles were too short with the very w...
