Re: Best Upgrades

General non specific.

#1 - Shocks
#2 - Tires
#3 - Everything else

Electronics make a huge difference though so they should be important on the upgrade list.

Re: Billy Easton 2003 RC10B4 Replica Build

Early B4 parts on right which coincide with the early gear cover, later parts on left. The B4 was released before the T4.

Re: Did all the t2 chassis share the 7301 part number?

I'm pretty sure all T2 chassis shared the same part number and it was a running change.

I always wondered if the GT receiver mount would fit those holes, dunno why I've never tried it.

Re: This is seriously creepy

I'm convinced that even with all the voice crap turned off your phone still listens. Also, my wife has said or looked stuff up on her phone and strangely it has appeared on mine.

Re: This is seriously creepy

I had a similar thing happen but it was even more bizarre, I was walking back home from the train station and took particular notice in this boat on a trailer that was parked, It had an awesome looking Honda motor. I didn’t even say anything I just thought in my mind that it was impressive. I swear...

Re: More soldering iron questions.

This is the hakko I have and it's been great. https://www.amainhobbies.com/hakko-fx888d-esd-safe-digital-adjustable-temperature-soldering-iron-station-hakfx888d-rc-p/p248449 That's a current one that has replaced many of the older models. Well it's done, I hit the BIN button so we'll wait and see w...

Re: Stadium Blitzer rebuild

If anyone is interested here's a mod I've done to my Blitzer to eliminate bump steer and improve the steering. It really wasn't that hard to do.

Re: More soldering iron questions.

Hey Dave, Looks like the hot air rework adds another dimension to electronics repair. The consensus seems to be they are reliable which is a good thing. Marc, I enjoyed reading your opinions and experiences with that iron. I was thinking of posting my opinions on here as well when it arrives and I g...

Re: Virtual Reality RC Racing and the future of our hobby

That reminds me of Mario Kart and Stunt Race FX.

It doesn't capture the true essence of RC in my opinion.

Now if someone made an updated version of Radio Control Racers that would be an awesome game! The original was a perfect blend of RC and Arcade in my opinion.

Re: Hola from Vegas!

Welcome.

Every time we went to Vegas I'd spend a fair bit of time at Danseys. Was a shame when they pulled out the dirt track and changed it to carpet onroad. I think they are gone now but I have many fond memories of the place
