Yeah Racing HPI Sprint 2 CVD dogbones connect nicely to the Tamiya Frog CVD axles. I would like the Yeah Racing dogbones to be a few mm longer but I can deal with this. It all meshes nicely with the Associated outdrives.

Detroit Worlds Schumacher Cougar prototype Kevin Moore
(Proto Cougar Detroit Report part 1) Okay, I haven’t released too many projects lately, but… there is a good reason! 😅 As we all love old RC racers, and a benchmark of vintage racing was the Detroit Worlds 91’… we all know who won it, for 2WD. 😉 This has been confirmed al lotta times, with the stunn...

Re: Rats to Ritches
Besides paint my I can consider this one wrapped up. Turned out one of my clunkers had a pretty decent set of tires on it so I stole them. 28994CC7-0084-4A21-BFA8-D7C1C644B740.jpeg 3B97B9D3-90BC-481C-94BB-75158F456FD8.jpeg 5F8EB766-2333-4102-B7E0-BB783E0992C3.jpeg A1F89A47-3856-4CB0-A66F-4861E90AA92...

Kyosho Pro X build
Here goes a Pro X build. This is a Team version, which includes full bearings, alloy turnbuckles, and coated threaded shocks. I am starting with a very clean donor car, and lots of NIP parts to replace anything that shows signs of damage or wear. Several years back I built a Pro XRT truck all from N...

Re: Kyosho Lazer ZX-S Evolution
This is a really really nice build. I'm not familiar with this model, but yours looks killer. I'm going to have to learn up on these. Thanks for the great build thread!

Re: RC10GX Stealth Masami 1989 Australia World Champ Replica
The first batch gave you the option of having the built in kick up chassis like I choose or having a separate piece to cut down on costs. Doesn't look like they offer option 2 any more.

Re: GoMachV’s 3d printing thread
I’d love to use the “2 weeks” Team Associated tag line but we are more like 2 months out on parts. Here is where we are currently. Parts are modeled and test prints are good- but we aren’t doing printed parts. We have a company that is working with us to mold all the required parts. This is a very s...

The RC10B3x Prototype
So a few days ago I found out about a car I had never heard of before, an RC10B3x. FB_IMG_1671071977619.jpg The car was run at the at the postponed 2001 Ifmar Worlds in 2002, and seems to have been raced at other tracks in 2002. Here is what Kurt Wenger mentioned on FB about it's specs: It was a new...

Re: GoMachV’s 3d printing thread
I got the itch to start from scratch on a conversion case. The last version I gave up on- the motor plate had to be rotated slightly and the holes couldn’t be very deep without hitting gears. Additionally I was able to really drop the diff and slide it forward with this new design. It bolts up to st...
