So this is my best (and cheapest) Yokomo find yet! It didn’t look like much at first glance but after having a closer look I noticed it’s originality and the lack of track dirt! Of course the paint job and wheels combination looks super ugly but those could easily be changed. So I jumped on it! Not ...

First stage complete! The wheels turned out to be the original kit wheels that were brush painted black. The pink was protected by the paint so it’s still super rich and not faded at all! Gave the chassis a quick wipe down and the metal parts a good polish. Also started to take the paint of the wing...

Pretty much a "Holy Grail"...I hope u do it justice with a full documented resto!...if not u need to sell it to me and I will!

Finally finished the car late last year. Not much is left from the original car, could probably build another one at this point . Just wanted to update this thread to show the finished product.
