I'm such a sucker for carbon, Back in the day it was so exclusive and hard to get.
Paul Sims at Bezerk sorted me out, and custom cut a shorty lipo cradle to suit the factory drill pattern too.

Re: Kyosho SRT, or is it SRT Outrage?
Electronics wired up and tested. Speed control is a Hobbywing V3.1. When I originally bought it long ago it was listed as a standard V3.1 but when it came it was the waterproof version  The waterproof version has a super short sensor cable epoxied in, external switch and a pigtail fan lead. Re: Who made these titanium turnbuckles?
Top turnbuckles have the Punisher look, could be authentic... or could be from any one of the numerous companies that make the exact same style these days.
Bottom turnbuckles would be from Thunder Tiger. Tecnacraft didn't machine a thread orientation groove into the body of their turnbuckles.

Re: Ball diff vs. Gear diff.
Gear diffs were introduced back into race buggies due to the high torque of brushless motors and the high grip smooth surfaces a lot of places use these days. Most race buggies will come with a gear diff, with a ball diff being an option. Any competition on road car will have gear diffs only. The ch...

In 1991 Traxxas introduced its all-new pro-level 1/10 scale 2wd race buggy, dubbed, the TRX-1. Gone was the "upgrade it to race spec" philosophy of the Radicator and in its place, a vehicle that was only minor components away from being 100% new. Every race part Traxxas had was poured into...
