Covid has been tough on the wallet! Trying to keep up, but I didn't even take pics of my Mystery Machine Lunchbox, Tamiya Street Devil, or the Team C no prep car I'm wrapping up!

Re: The Official "What is it?" Thread
Hub carriers look B4/T4 series..but I am doubting myself on that. Thats what I thought at first but the B4/T4 has three holes for the ballstuds and the back end isnt curved. I knew I had seen them (probably have a set myself) Looking at the turnbuckle above it, I noticed those are Losi ballcups, so...

Losi XX Kinwald Trinity build
Here goes what should be an over the top build. It's not meant to be a replica, or even entirely era accurate. I just want to build what I think is the coolest XX. I was forced to sell my very special NIB XX Kinwald build earlier this year. I've really missed it, and I started looking through my box...

Losi JRX Pro "SE" Custom
This is a very clean JRX Pro I recently found. I was surprised by how nice it was. Everything should clean up to like new condition. I want to do something a little different with the chassis by narrowing the sides to the same width as the SE. This will allow me to use a special SE body that I reall...

Re: Hyperdrive H10 super glue special
I was able to obtain a few Hyper goodies. Belts, spurs and pinions. Time to fit a set on this car and several others needing them. I never messed with a belt setup so this is new to me. Cant wait to try it out! The vintage smell was overpowering upon opening the box! In a strange way, I kinda liked ...

Losi 40th Anniversary History
Anyone else watch these?
There are several interviews and lots of history. There are several "episodes" with hopefully more to come, soon. I found it fascinating.

Re: Losi XX Trinity Monster build
^ Romulus 22 - I totally agree with you about the GRAPHITE lettering. I think it looks so cool. Thanks for the comments. When I deide to build a certain car, I will typically start filling up a bag or box with all of the parts that may go towards that build. Here is my XX box so far. Beside the abov...

Re: Losi XX Trinity Monster build
^ GoMachV - I bet! I don't remember what came in it. A buggy body likely. ^ Faux4x4 - I don't have any first hand knowledge on the MIP lite drives usability, however I would imagine they would be somewhat durable. They are made of hardened steel. I got the shocks built up. I am using the newer threa...

Re: Losi XX Trinity Monster build
Well, I made a dumb mistake. I know Kinwald used to run a custom kingpin steering setup in his XX buggy, similar to the XXT. For some reason I always thought he used a XXT carrier and then carved it down. So that is what I did. However I realized the XXT carrier has a much shorter pivot point, which...

Re: Losi XX Trinity Monster build
I received the correct front carriers and spindles, but now I have decided not to shave them down. I think I actually prefer the look of the stock setup, so I will stick with that for now. One of the biggest highlights of this build is the Trinity front bulkhead. There are always slight color differ...

Some more parts! Getting closer to begin build but I'm waiting until I have everything so I can thoroughly enjoy the build.
