Re: Composite Craft RPM '91 Worlds build thread

Today I was able to replace the front 8-32 bellcrank screws with shorter 5/8" aluminum screws. I know I could have taken a cutoff wheel to the existing ones, but I actually needed them for another upcoming build. I finished applying the decals, put the RPM translucent Hydra gear cover on, and s...

Re: for those not on Facebook... injection molded parts rolling out

Not sure about those places but team KNK carries the FanRc molded parts and they are good people (and the prices are quite affordable!)

Re: Trying to make a Tra**as SRT fast !

Many many thanks to Chris (1300GT) for machining up a set of aluminum axles for me. They fit much better than the crappy steel ones and shave off 7 grams. 20231028_085916.jpg Some pretty high end electronics going into it..... Re: Trying to make a Tra**as SRT fast !

I hate painting bodies as I suck at painting, it's good from far but far from good. I don't know if my Tamiya tape was old or what but I suffered a lot from edge bleed, the tape felt a little different then I remembered it. Maybe it's time to try a different tape. I should learn to use liquid mask b...

Sweet! I don't have a set of those yet either.

I found a weird set of the stock TRX3 front arms a while back, must have been an early run or something.

Re: Bandit, Rustler, Slash gearbox

...Does anyone have one of these gearboxes sitting around and could take precision height and width measurements for the front of it? Taken with digital vernier calipers... Height is 37mm/1.45in width... depends on where you measure as the case is tapered.... 23.9mm/.94in at the bottom 23.4mm/.92in...
