I am in the process of building the same truck. But I can not find what the exact color was used for the chassis. Any info would be great. Thanks

The chassis is one of the factory fluorescent red powder coated chassis.

Re: Cliff Lett RC10ST (Team Moo) by Slotcarrod
This thread inspired me to start collecting parts for a similar build. I got my RC10T for Christmas at 13 and always wanted it to look like Cliff's.
While collecting parts I found a replica on eBay and snatched it up. It's very close, but I've got another body and stickers that are more accurate.
All I'm missing are the turnbuckles, so any help in locating those would be greatly appreciated.
Here is my original truck in black and my latest.

I bought a set yesterday. This will complete the truck!! All that's left is putting the stickers on a slightly more accurate version of the body. Then I'll use the body in my picture to race at my local track with my original truck. Can't wait!slotcarrod wrote: ↑Fri Jul 21, 2017 4:31 pm I think Lunsford still have new old stock. http://www.lunsfordracing.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=LUNS&Category_Code=TRUC-ASRC10T

I've decided I'm going to add electronics to mine based on a few old pieces I've got laying around.
Can anyone help me locate the Reedy battery stickers? I've got a few old cells in great condition that I'm going to make into this configuration.

Any suggestions on proper painting brand, color combo to paint a tub and nose plate to get close to this color? Not powdercoating, but paint?

Same as powder. Fluorescent red over a white base. If you want automotive paint, then House of Kolor would be the route I went. But until you bought everything, it'd be cheaper to send it off and have it done in powder like the original.

Re: Cliff Lett RC10ST (Team Moo) by Slotcarrod
I planned on using engine paint and doing it myself. But ive contacted my model boat builder painter, and he still has some of the Flo red paint left. I have a black powder coated tub coming at a good price and it looks like it would be a great candidate for this. Ill use my nose plate, as my tubs is just a few to many holes. A third option is the powder coating place near the Tacoma RC raceway.
Soo... will see what my painter says and go from there...

Working on gathering parts for a Cliff Lett RC10T build with the upcoming re-release of the 10T.
Haven't heard exactly what was going on the to fet or voltage regulator mounted next to the 410 m1c esc or how it was wired in ect a d what it's purpose was. I think to regulate the 7cell pack to 6v bec.
Also struggling to find some correct RCPS titanium turnbuckles. So any leads on where one would even start looking for those would be helpful.
Thanks in advance.
