Android. I think it stems from the way I hold my phone. I turn it so I can click with my right hand, but it wants to be the other way for some reason. It looks right on the phone, but whatever process the program puts the pic thru wants to in it's mind "correct it". My theory anyway.

Thats probably why resaving it works. It looks at it as an entirely new and different pic properly saved and oriented.

Re-saving seems to work. I actually had to send it to myself though. Otherwise it just kept reading it with the same orientation.

I feel like I know that bridge. I'm sure they are all similar. But it's either on the side of AA highway in Ky or another highway off of AA highway on my way to West Virginia.

Walking with the wife and daughter on the riverfront today. Ol' lady made fun of me for collecting driftwood. Rainy spring swelled the river and left plenty of it. Took this pic with phone straight up on purpose just to see if it would post properly.

I never forget how lucky I am to live in the Surrey Hills , Spring in the woods with the Bluebells and my dogs , I had to stop and take a photo , I'm no great photographer but nature made this easy .
