Ironically I've always loved the splatter paint jobs since I got into the hobby in the 90's! I believe it was the Kinwald body that initially inspired me, but back then there were alot of splatter paint jobs. Here is the first splatter job I did back in the 90's.

Oh wow, that one is cool as well. So there's some possible outside influence but your new work was really inspired by your old work. Anyway, I really like how these vintage cars look out on the track. Takes me back to happier times.

Decided to try xxx main vinyl masks, had hard time on the bends and corners so got some bleeding. I think I may stick with solid color or pin striping. Anyone ever use liquid mask, how can I spray it, do I mix it with paint thinner then spray?
