Bormacs Scorpion Baja
G'day
I hope Bormac doesn't mind me posting these pics that I took of his Scorpion at a recent Beach bash we had.
I don't know all the specs of the car, it looks fantastic though!
enjoy

Great pics. My favorite is the one with the vw in the air and the ocean wave in the background. Great shots!!!

Re: Bormacs Sorpion Baja
Thanks for getting these pics up here Jak. I had a great day running my Scorpion Beetle with the other guys from QLD and yourself. As always your pics look great and are a credit to you.
Ive had this car in the works for years and although I have run it on the road out front of my house it had never seen off road till now. Fitted with a 19 turn single ORION motor and a locked diff the car is alot of fun to drive. I even managed to custom modify some Brat rear tyres by cutting and gluing parts of tyres back together to make ultimate fat style rear tyres.
The body is one of Kamtec's and I hurriedly painted and decorated it the night before making the trip south. I like the end result and look forward to getting it back onto the beach again soon.
Thanks go to jak for these pics and the post. Cheers-Jason.

I'm looking forward to seeing the next project!
I like that Baja body, it looks familiar.....not a fan of the split window though?

Yeah I didnt like the split window on the baja shell either so I just trimmed out what I thought the rear window of a super bug would be.
