its a dirt oval chassis that was designed for the rc10 I don't know who made them but you do see them over in the the dirt oval forum once in a while http://www.dirtoval.com/forums/

That's a BME Patriot chassis. I have one exactly like it.

It also came with an offset nose plate and shock tower.
