Me to I fun the Losi XX A-8008 body on my Racer Pro se, I like it better than the Pro se body. it looks alot better and I like the fit better. just take your time and cut slowly and you can get them to fit great. here are pics of my pro se with the xx bodyvintage racer wrote:Cool thanks Rick, thats disapointing,I really liked the shape of the front.

Re: PRO SE body trouble
Thank you, you need RPM jrxt truck arms, and a set of xx carriers, you need to drill out the lower hinge pin were it connects to the arm to 1/8 install just as normal. it was the best way to run 2.2 wheels and I wanted them to match. with out the truck arms the front is to narrow and it pushes in the turns. this car is a xx in pro se clothing.vintage racer wrote:I think your right there Brandon, looks like a Losi after thought.

Re: PRO SE body trouble
I'm a Losi rookie, but wasn't the SE body designed specific to the plastic (wider) shock towers of the Junior Two, and that car pre-dated the SE by just a bit?

Re: PRO SE body trouble
I dont think so the Junior and Pro se bodies are very similar but not the same. you can see the similarties but also the differences. you can see the progressions through the whole line of Jrx bodies
Re: PRO SE body trouble
The original bodies were cut away where it went around the shock tower if I remember correctly.

Re: PRO SE body trouble
Wish it were mine. I actually owned a team drivers (Dennis Taylor) JrX2; it was a prototype for the JrX Pro. It had the H arms, ball bearing diff gear, and a raw fiberglass front shock tower that used rear shocks. I'd love to get a hold of a JrX Pro in great condition.

Re: PRO SE body trouble
If that pic is from TBG.... that is a Junior 2 body, not a Pro or Pro SE. They are different.madweazl wrote:The original bodies were cut away where it went around the shock tower if I remember correctly.
