Thats the first place Ive joined, but it seems pretty slow. This place has saved me more times than I can mention, on a LOT of different subjects, so I usually try here, along with Subject Specific Sites. Most of the time, I get the help I need, here, before I get anything from Specific Sites. Just TOO many really Smart people in here!!!

Trouble is, most of my bikes, had an ignition switch, one fuse and a Kick-start, hell it was about my 4th before I knew what a neutral light was, they didn't even have brake lights on the front brake, only the rear pedal

I'm trying to remember back to my oil cooled Gixxer days. I can remember bypassing the clutch switch to trouble shoot it at one point and just leaving it that way. DId you search for a wiring diagram? If I remeber correctly those switched had male and female bullet connectors and were easily reversed. If the clutch is in and the stand is down, it should crank. Start from there.
