New guy with a question!

Hello all I was recommended to this site from a hobby store employee and it seems like a very knowledgeable bunch. I am new to this hobby and haven't ran an rc car since the 80s when I was a teenager. I was given a Kyosho Outlaw Rampage frame with some of the parts and would like to complete it. My question is does anyone have a parts list for it. I know that it won't be easy but if I can get part numbers it would help a lot.

hello and welcome to the fourm.

If you post pictures of your truck, I can tell you what you'll need. The original rampage shares many parts with several different cars (rs200, inferno 10, ultima, optima, etc.). The only unique parts are the front bulkhead and the chassis. Everything else was used on a previous or later model.

Cool truck. I don't think you will have too many problems getting the parts together. Back in the day my friend and I built a frankensteiened Kyosho 1/10 2WD Nitro truck using a Corvette ZR-1 chassis, various parts from an electric Ultima-based truck, and some option house parts I had, pretty sure it had a full set of platinum shocks, not sure about universal drive shafts. This was before Kyosho had released any nitro trucks, at least in the US. This looks similar to what we built and I can personally attest to the inter-changeability of parts in the Kyosho lineup.

Thanks for posting the picture.

From what I can see, you are only missing a handful of parts:

1. servo mount - it's that rectangle piece that's connected to the top plate. you already have on, but you need another to keep the throtle servo in place.

2. brake - This is a plastic piece that makes contact with the flywheel. You also need a very long screw to hold it in place.

3. fuel tank

4. Motor mounts - there are 2 pieces

5. .12 engine

6. throtle linkage

7. wheels / tires

8. body

I'll see if I can get part numbers for you.
