Grasshopper re-re-runner

Post by dldiaz »

I recently completed a Grasshopper re-re that I plan to let my 4 yr-old nephew learn to drive. He's had a few toy-grade R/C's, but, they get stuck everywhere and they just have no balls... if you know what I mean.

This model is pretty much box-stock with ball-bearings, CRP wheel adapters, and hex hardware for the wheels. I got a painted (blue) body from 'mikea96'; using an old Futaba stick radio.

The stock 380 motor runs great!
It has surprising torque, will certainly blow away any of the toy-grade stuff my nephew has tried before.

Please enjoy some pictures:

The body looks good on there. Your Nephew will have a blast with it.
