3 piece neon wheels

Hi. This is a great forum. I've seen lots of cars to drool over in here.
Anyways, I found an older B2 at the thrift store. Looks like it was barely used, practically new condition. However, it has those 3 piece neon green wheels with no inside 'rings'. Only the inner and outer halves. Does anybody know the exact dimensions(inner&outer diameter and width) of these? Both front and rear please. They are part #6804rear and #6854front. I thought I could just fabricate something. PVC pipe or something.

I would use a tire to get the diameter and with
I do have the B2 front wheels in the basement
