That is sweet!

I grew up 30 miles away from the Ertl factory and I used to get AMT kits for practically nothing all the time at their outlet store, 50 cents, 2 bucks, whatever. That one looks a little before my day though.

There are a couple on US ebay hoping one will scan book before sale, a friend got given it nib to build no paperwork though.

i'll look through my model boxes when i'm at my parents house today. i know i have quite a few kenworth amt models. i just don't remember if that's one of them.

Cheers Scr8p, looks like more than one truck the same, different decals maybe for the film version?

sorry, i struck out. my kenworth models are there, but the boxes are gone. they've been built for 25+ years already, so......

the only other rig i have is a cab over type with a single rear axle.

No worries, thanks for looking, the US ebay guy seeling one, wants $60 to scan the manual, truck is going to make $19.99 :shock:

that guys name should be one for the complaints dept. Sorry to hear that one Tim...some guys think they gotta have gold for their stuff. I've got a neighbor with a bunch in storage and he's gonna check it out here when he gets a chance but it might be awhile. If he has something though I'll drop a line to ya...
