Anyone know if there are more options than the stock swing shafts ? Are there more gear options for the raider?

The Raiders came stock with dogbones. The optional swing shafts are Option House part number: W-5062

You can use a number of different pinions including the Option House Torque Limiting Clutch ones. I think there might have been a Thorp diff for them as well. The Raider and Rocky share many parts.

Hello,

I am trying to put together an off the shelf swing shaft (aka driveshaft) replacement for an older Schumacher CAT '98 and have found that Kyosho part LA231 has the appropriate pin-to-pin dogbone length (68mm) but the axle is too short for...

The axle with 2 grooves is approx. 12.3 mm from bearing face to CENTER of the crosspin hole. I don't have a 3-groove axle available for measurement, I think it's installed on Barney...but I would assume it's 13.3mm from...

I did as suggested and got the toe almost to 0 degrees. I really don't need it neutral but thats how it came out by switching the rear swing arms. I did order some degree blocks and the 1.5 hub carrier to get the toe closer to my SRT electric truck....

How different are these?
I can see the thread look=s a bit bigger on the AE but it could be only a color difference.

I like MIP stuff, but when it comes to shock shafts, I have found the coating on the MIP's to wear off sooner than others. However, they are usually cheaper. -Jeff

DID THEY make a set of aluminum swing arms like the rc10 ones for the rc10T but longer?I have a set that are about half inch longer but seem to be same width as rc10 ones just more travel.DON 8) :lol:
