What your workstation looks like?
Was doing as big clean up this afternoon and was wondering how everybody's work station might look like....could sound cheezy for some but it could give some great ideas on how to ''setup'' a good working station.
Anyways, here's mine:

Re: What your workstation looks like?
I'll give you the 30-second tour, and the current stage of chaos it's in right now...
April 2007 (framing):
May 2007 (walls):
June 2007 (primer paint + trim):
August 2007 (color + flooring + fluorescent lighting):
September 2007 (lots of crap + moving = chaos):
Give me a few weeks, and I'll post something more "organized" and finished looking.

Things to do this winter:
1) Install basement
Since most homes out here in So Cal are built on concrete slabs, this is probably impossible. I'll have to build a little out building in the back for my workshop.

Re: What your workstation looks like?
I kind of have 2 hobby areas. I generally work on cars in the kitchen as we have a lot of work surface plus a sink and close proximity to the garage. You can see my JRXPro being worked on here:
When projects are finished they move up to the hobby room which due to its layout is impossible to take good images of!! But anyway:

Re: What your workstation looks like?
I haven't taken any pics of my workspace since 2004 so what you see doesn't reflect my aquisitions since.
http://www.tcphotos.com/showroom_model.asp?cid=3396&sid=34&secid=20&t
The first pic is just some of my boxes that contain all my spare parts.
second and third is some of my collection
and the last photo is proof to my wife that yes I can fit a car in the garage.
Really though I have plans to revamp my garage. I am going to extend it about 12 feet forward, sheet rock it and make it really nice.

Actually, I do have some stands I made from 1/8" Alu, but on my new shelves they lift the cars up too high. Anybody got any good stand ideas?
