Ultima DB

I am thinking about buying a new ultima DB has anyone ran one if so what do you think of it? Thanks.

It's Kyosho - it's GOTTA' have a good foundtation and be durable!

With that said I feel that there will be another 'real looking' class on the tracks before too long - populated by the Ultima DB and the Losi XXX-SCB.

I'm really anxious to play too - anything that looks 'real' has my vote!

I personally have not driven one but a buddy of mine has 2 (one for him and one for his wife) and he LOVES it. It's an Ultima Short Course truck without the same bumpers and having a buggy body instead of the short course body, aside from that it's the same. It should run REALLY well.

Yeah I got 2 of them. One I modified with a bunch of hop up parts and the other I use stock as a beater. The only thing I dont like is the body, its a pain in the ass to put on and take off. Other than that its not a bad car and can take a beating

I made a thread about this way back. I think throwing the RB% components - shorter chassis, and narrower arms on a DB would be really cool. I think it would be much more "scale" in appearance then. Do any of you Ultima DB owners out there already have a RB5? COuld you try it and post up some pics!! Might just convince me to build one for myself...
