sniper yz10

Post by badhoopty »

i've always wanted a nice yz10.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=150160091808

i bought one a few years back that looked like a sweet resto candidate and it ended up being junk. hopefully this one is better...

it certainly looks like its in hella good shape. it looks like it was ran a couple times and then put away broke. i think i'll pretty much just clean and tidy it up, maybe take it for a spin before shelving it.

Hoop, I may have one of those bodyshells NIP for that type of YZ10 if you are interested. (The US one rather than the Pancake type shell we got in Europe)

I had been watching that one, too. It was a great deal at that price. Especially with the electronics it comes with, it's a steal. Nice win.

I know nothing of those cars but it looks sweet to me. But I am a sucker for old electronics too. You could probably but those Novak pieces in a shoe box with wheels attached and I would at least drool a little.

wow, this thing is CLEAN.

rear bulkhead plastic is cracked from age, and one of the rear carriers is broken, but it looks like this thing was used once, wrecked, and then put back in the box.

i'll get pics later tonight.

Very nice score. Hit up bscotti for spares if you need them.... I just sold him a bag of good used parts last week (sorry, a week too late for you).
I am not here cause I am playing photographer and on my mountain bike.

i'll see what front end parts the guy sends. from what he said its the missing parts, so all i'll need is a rear carrier and a new rear plastic bulkhead piece.

its really neat to look at. it seems like it was just put together like a week ago or something.

lots better shape than my other one...

I am fairly certain that there is a rear upright in that lot. Hoop, I have a bunch of NIP parts. Let me check on the rear bulkhead plastic piece.
