Mystery motor plate

Any idea what this motor plate is? I havent come across one before. It seems to be the exact dimensions of the xx plate just different slots cut into it, is it after market? It came with a huge bundle of parts. Think il buff out the scratches and powder coat it. Forgive me if its something obvious!

Ah! That crossed my mind! The more i look the more obvious it is :oops: Thanks for info.
