Re: Nvxwax's A&L Build :) (02/18/12)
I was checking the Viper and the sides won't reach all the way down. But what I was thinking is that you could cut the back part off and put the mount on the other side and it should work (With the mod I made). Thats one of the options I was leaving out there for my builds... I'm still going to try a couple more bodies and see what I can come up with.
For me, I don't mind that back part cut off because I remember doing that myself back in the day with the Cardinal Houge chassis I had. But I do mind the body sitting on top of the chassis towards the front. Just looks funny.

Re: Nvxwax's A&L Build :) (02/18/12)
Ok small update,
I added some dogbones, Team Checkpoint motor, RCP/Losi Steering, and finished the linkage on the front, Id like to replace the fron center link with a black part but all i had was white
I picked this motor because of age and color, kinda goes with the rest of the build
Sorry about the bad pics, to hard to pull out the lightbox for every update lol

Where did you get that motor? That's a Kyosho endbell, not a checkpoint-

Fantastic build. The A&L buggies are always fun to look at.
Those 1.5 paddles look great on there.
