Saftey oriantion Turner Construction at the Cobo Arena project. I make the comment " I smoked my frist joint here at a concert " . Long story short myself and few others from differant contractors who said "so did I " ended up at the clinic for the drug an alcohol test. Took a few hours but everyone passed.

I have fond memories of Cobo...saw AC/DC & Sabbath (w/Ronnie James Dio), there many years ago... 8)

I've been on a few projects where Turner was the GC and they run a tight shift to say the least.
If things seem under control, you are just not going fast enough.

where I work they cannot 'discriminate' against you like that without provacation(?). I can say something like that but the next day I will be pulled in with a bunch of others for a 'random' drug test...good way to earn a couple bucks while drinking lotsa water and b.s.-ing about the place we work for :mrgreen: .

p.s. the other way is if we have an accident with machinery...thats a straight up interogation for a urine sample :roll:

I was sent to a drug test for having long hair - it wasn't above the dress shirt collar :roll: I passed of course however it wasn't long after that I quit working for those corporate Nazis 8)
