It has been pushed back almost a year right? I want one of these really bad, but I wouldn't preorder. I also agree with Shodog about the body. Anyone dreaming up their own truck designs? I have been thinking about a modified r/c solutions roll cage...

I know its NOT the same, but I think that the stadium truck appeal was captured, though not as detailed by Tamiya. Our track recently brought this class back as a "spec" class. It looks pretty cool. back in the day, when these were first introduced, it was a very popular class at a local outdoor track.

Technically, aren't current "stadium" trucks similar to this as well, though not as detailed.
The Thundertech looks SICK! Talk about realism.

if you go over to rccrawler.com or scale4x4rc.org and do a corr or prerunner search you can see come pretty cool custom builds.
thundertech actually shipped out a few prototypes to the first people who pre-ordered (or something like that) i think almost like a year ago now...
i think its drop dead cool... it not being available is the only reason i dont have one.
and i like the body, i dont see whats so bad about it.

I kinda like it , but as with everything I'd like to buy ,I'd probably bend it into something else before it ever got built in stock form.
This should fit pretty well and with an appropriate paintscheme look real retro
(Can't believe the monstruous example they put up)

should be real cool with the dakar body Tamiya made also: schleisser or something. Might be too small though.

Re: CORR racing? I want one of these bad!!!!
Does anybody know where I can find a Tamiya sticker set for the Chevy S-10? I have an old Proline full size chevy body I would like to do similar to the Tamiya. I know I should post this in the BST area but I cannot access yet...
Has anybody tried putting any of those Tamiya bodies on a JRXT? Curious if the wheelbase on the body matches up right?
