RC10T offset chassis?

Post by Quikenuff »

Did the RC10T ever come with a black B stamp chassis with the offset battery holder? If so, would it be possible for a late model 10T to come with one?

thanks,
Quik

They did, some of the early 7001's came with the early B stamp tubs (not centered). But if you found a late one or say a 7011/7035 I would think someone had restored it with the "not quite correct" chassis

There are other key factors in determining an earlt truck too-

Thanks for the quick reply Charlie.

The latest edition to my collection is a late model 7035, that was never finished. Many parts still in bags but the chassis has a lot of in the box rash. I also came a across a really nice new black B stamp chassis that has zero box or packaging rash, that just so happens to have the offset battery holder. If it was correct I would have used the nicer of the two but you gave me the answer to my delema.

Thanks,
Quik
