Losi watchamcall it

Post by Momo5 »

Just wanted to post a pic of my Losi that I've been working on for years. Thats right, years. I am so slow putting stuff together compared to you guys. This started off as a Jr Two, and then sever years ago I started buying parts here and there and this is what it is so far...

I like the GTX tower. That car is begging for long front shocks. That tower cut from 3mm CF would look killer. IMO.

I also noticed there is no motor plate cutout for the right ball cup. I hope you dont have trouble getting the camber link on there.

Looks cool like a batJrmobile...

What does the 2nd deck serve for? chassis reinforcement? was the main graphite chassis found to flex?
Glad to be back in this hobby so many many years later. To see new things and to recollect on ALL cool vintage models!

Car looks great. Shaft looks too long for a regular dual disk slipper.

I wanted something different than the Jrx-Pro shock tower, but I still want to use long front shocks. It would be ideal if the front shocktower was cut out of carbon fiber, but we'll see how it looks when its done. I still need to swich out a few things, probably add some 2.2 wheels, and possibly a Kyosho Pro-X body.

Nice project. I like the front tower becasue it matches the shape of the arms.
