At long last I found these 2 Yokomo Motors!!!!

Post by Mad Racer »

Been having another big r/c clean up & I found my 2 vintage Yokomo Turbo motors.

I bought one back in the day & it was a pretty week motor. They look cool though.

These will go in my vintage motor collection. Not new but not too bad though.

Yeah wasn't a fast motor by any means. even though they stated "Turbo"

There was the 05R which is a stock motor

A 05H , 05 Turbo, & a 05 Twin Cam all have adj timing & bearings.

The Twin Cam had a double wind & I think was a pretty good motor. I don't know the winds of them all only that the 05R was a 27t.

Maybe somone knows here???

I had a twin cam turbo before, it is flat can like the 05 RS turbo, the Twin Cam turbo was single wind, very little torque, I think it was a 1/12 4 minute qualifying motor.
